Things our team are not responsible for:
Bin Knocked Over – Once your bin has been securely placed on the curb, we are not responsible if it falls due to wild weather, vehicles, or other external factors. However, we will always make an effort to position it safely.
Overfilled or Overweight Bins – If the bin truck refuses to collect your bin due to excess weight or overflowing waste, we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure your bin meets collection guidelines.
Bin Not in Designated Area – Your bin must be in the agreed location, ready for collection. If it is not accessible at the scheduled time, you will forfeit service for that week. Our team will not search your property for misplaced bins.
Locked or Restricted Access – If we are unable to access your bin due to locked gates, pets, or other barriers, we will not be responsible for missed service.
Public Holidays & Council Delays – If bin collection is rescheduled by your local council, we will do our best to accommodate, but we are not liable for any disruptions.

Once off service
$15 per service
This service is ideal for holidaymakers, shift workers, or anyone unable to put their bins out and needing reliable assistance.
On-going service
$10 per week

All pricing options refer to each residential address with two bins each week. For unit owners please contact us for a quote.
